Chief Executive Officer - President
L. David Bridges (50) became President and CEO of Freight Feeder Aircraft Corporation in October of 2009. He has been an active investor in the Freight Feeder program since 2001. For the past several years, he has served as a Board Member, and worked closely with the President-CEO and Founder of the Company on the capital fund-raising efforts which required him to understand the FF5000 Prototype Development Program as it was being developed by the Company. This exposure, complemented by his 31 years in aerospace and business development, makes him highly qualified to manage the final development of the FF4000/FF5000 prototype aircraft for the Company.
In 1978, Mr. Bridges started his aerospace career with McDonald Douglas, in St. Louis, as a Tech Data Engineer, where he was responsible for writing maintenance manuals for the F4, F15 and Harrier AV8B fighter aircraft. In 1980, with Ozark Airlines in Maintenance Planning, he coordinated the Engineering and Maintenance Departments writing procedures to perform various scheduled maintenance, repairs, and modifications on the Airline's aircraft. Later he advanced into Maintenance Control coordinating with Operations Management. Leaving Ozark Airlines in 1987, which had become TWA Airlines, he directed his full attention to his real estate investment and business development activities that he had begun in 1983. For the past 22 years, as a recognized business leader in the St. Louis area, Mr. Bridges has been fulltime in the commercial real estate development business. He has operated his own Carda Construction, Inc., for the past 11 years (see more at www.cardaconstruction.com). These business development activities include investment, purchase, construction, renovation, renting, and selling of residential and commercial properties.
David has always had a love of aviation as he continues to maintain his FAA approved certifications, and also owns and operates a twin engine corporate aircraft.
Mr. Bridges is actively involved in various business and charitable organizations in the St. Louis area:
- Member Chamber of Commerce of the Illinois cities of Shiloh, Swansea, Belleville and O'Fallon
- Committee Member on the O'Fallon Chamber's Economic Development Committee
- Committee Member on the Scott/Mid America Leadership Council
- Member of the St. Clair West Rotary Club; board and chaired various charitable events for this organization.
- He and his family are members of Faith Family Church and, as a family, are very involved in the church's missionary work and charitable activities including programs such as Street Lights and Park Outreach.
Mr. Bridges and his wife, Carol, have been married for more than fifteen years. They have three children.
Senior Advisor
John J. Dupont (61) was Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company from its inception till October 2009. For over 24 years Mr. Dupont has earned the reputation as a globally recognized leader in the aerospace industry for the design and development of utility-turboprop aircraft -- including the UV-23, FF-1080-100, -200, -300, -300ER, FF4000, and FF5000 -- and holds several related aerospace patents which he has assigned to the Company.
Mr. Dupont has an extensive background in executive corporate management, at the CEO level, directly related to aerospace research and development -- integrated with the development of utility commercial turboprop aircraft -- including the program management and coordination of FAA Part 25 Certification, and CAD/CAM engineering specifically for the development of new state-of-the-art utility transport aircraft.
Having served as President, CEO, and Chairman of U.S. public aerospace companies continuously over the past 24 years, Mr. Dupont has developed a strong background in major corporate finance in the private and public sectors, SEC law and corporate reporting requirements, international finance, and commercial aircraft fleet leasing and financing.
For the past 17 years, he has lead the development of the Freight Feeder Project as Chairman, President and CEO of Utilicraft Aerospace Industries, Inc. (UITA) and American Utilicraft Corporation (AMUC) beginning in 1990 through 2007. From 1984 to 1989, Mr. Dupont was the President and CEO of Skytrader Corporation, an aeronautical research and development firm which he founded and developed the UV-23 SCOUT-STOL twin-engine turboprop aircraft -- a military gun-ship and small troop transport aircraft, which made its "first flight" in 1989 (see "Jane's All The Worlds Aircraft 1989").
Mr. Dupont is also an experienced professional pilot with over 40 years of experience and approximately 10,000 hours, has flown as a test-pilot for the UV-23 SCOUT-STOL aircraft flight-test development program, and is also rated in the Boeing B-17G Flying Fortress "Liberty Belle", which he flies for The Liberty Foundation, a non-profit organization.
Executive Vice President, General Manger and Director
R. Darby Boland (57) has been a director, Vice President and General Manager of the Company since inception, and served AMUC and UITA as a director, and Vice President from 1998 through 2007. From 1975 to 1978, he was a Design and Logistics Engineer with McDonnell Douglas Corporation in connection with the F-4, F-15, Harpoon and Cruise Missile programs. From 1978 to 1989, he was the Executive Manager with Southwestern Bell Corporation, where he was responsible for the design, implementation and marketing technical support of fiber-optic network systems for long distance and cellular service providing companies. From 1989 to 1992, he was the Director of Corporate Development of Restor Industries, a
(continued) telecommunications service equipment provider. In 1988, Mr. Boland founded B&H Machine, Inc., a design manufacturer of metal cutting die products, where he served as President and Chief Executive Officer, and financed the sale of the company in 1996. Mr. Boland is a graduate of St. Louis University with a B.S. degree in Aeronautical Engineering Management.

Bill Davies (63) Mr. Davies has over 40 years of experience in aircraft research and development including as a retired U.S. Navy Test Pilot. Mr. Davies is very well known around the world as an expert in FAA Certification and Flight Testing of commercial aircraft. Mr. Davies has an extensive background in FAA Certification Program Management, and has over the years developed a highly respected professional relationship with the FAA Certification executive managers that are directly related and involved in the FAA Certification activities of the Company.

Vice President, Marketing
Scott Jacox (49) Mr. Scott Jacox was employed by Utilicraft Aerospace Industries in 2005 to serve as Vice President of Marketing. He attended the University of Utah where he studied Management Information Systems and Accounting. He began working as a professional pilot in 1987, since then he has logged thousands of flight hours as a regional airline captain, corporate pilot and express air cargo pilot.
Mr. Jacox has extensive experience in the operations of regional air cargo systems. As an express air cargo Captain he has logged over 17,000 flight hours and personally carried over 25 million pounds of cargo in the overnight freight delivery system contracted to Federal Express, UPS, Airborne Express, and the USPS. He also served as a Chief Pilot, FAA Check Airmen and instructor pilot. He was responsible for the evaluation and instruction for Captains and First Officers for a fleet of regional turbo-prop feeder aircraft. Mr. Jacox was also instrumental in the implementation of an innovative internet based PDA pilot weight and balance system for regional cargo operations.
In 2003 Mr. Jacox became Senior Vice President of Alpine Air Express where he was responsible for the acquisition of new contracts as well as the bidding and successful awarding of a $20M contract from the USPS for the Hawaiian Islands. Mr. Jacox also supervised the flight operations of Alpine Air Chile (AAC), based in Santiago, Chile. He holds a Chilean ATP pilots license and was responsible for the instruction and flight checks for all AAC flight Crews. As Senior Vice President at Alpine Air Express he was also responsible for the start up, and safe and profitable operations for the Honolulu-based USPS operation.
Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Director
Randy Moseley (61) has been a director, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company since March of 2007. Mr. Moseley has extensive experience in the past eighteen years in financial management and SEC reporting functions for public companies. He has served since 2001 as director, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Urban Television Network Corp. (OTC BB:UATV), a network of independent broadcast television stations and cable operators.
In 2005 and 2006, Mr. Moseley served as Executive Vice President and the Chief Financial Officer for The Furia Organization, Inc. (OTC BB: FURA), a national trucking company. In 1999 and 2001, Mr. Moseley served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Tensor Information Systems, Inc., a private Fort Worth company, which developed custom software applications. From 1993 to 1999, Mr. Moseley served in the same capacity for American Independent Network Corporation, a Fort Worth based public company that was acquired by the Hispanic Television Network. Mr. Moseley, a Certified Public Accountant, earned a BBA degree from Southern Methodist University. He is a member of the Texas Society of CPAs and the AICPA.

Edward F. Eaton (61) has been a director of the Company since its inception, as well as a board member of American Utilicraft Corporation and Utilicraft Aerospace Corporation. Mr. Eaton is an attorney with Connolly, Bove, Lodge & Hutz, LLP of Wilmington, Delaware, where he has been a partner since 1991. Mr. Eaton practices in the areas of litigation, criminal law, real estate law, and business and commercial law, and has been employed with Connolly, Bove since 1986. Mr. Eaton received his J.D. from Temple University and his Bachelor's degree from Cornell University.

Kevin Williams (48) grew up in rural southwest Oklahoma. He Graduated from Southwestern Oklahoma State University in 1983 with a Bachelor of Science Degree with a Major in Business Finance. He spent five years working in the Banking Industry with primary duties of mortgage lending and selling packaged loans in the secondary markets. The experience of selling loans in the secondary markets led Williams to pursue his Securities License with what was then the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD) now referred to as FINRA. Licenses held were Financial Principal, General Principal, Options Principal and National Futures Association (NFA) Commodity Traders license. Williams served as President and CFO of DRC Securities at its home office in Fort Worth, TX. The Company had approximately 140 brokers and offices in Texas, Oklahoma, Florida, Louisiana, and New York including offices in Manhattan at 100 Wall Street. The Company was a Market Maker in over 60 securities and participated in the underwriting of three initial public offerings (IPO's). Williams left the brokerage industry in 1997 after 11 years to pursue other business interests that include securities consulting for small private companies that desire to become publicly traded.
The past 14 years Williams has participated in the drilling of approximately 50 natural gas and oil wells in Texas, Kansas, and Oklahoma. He is no longer involved in exploration but manages the day to day operations of the producing wells and monthly income distribution to partners. Williams is an active Business Broker in the DFW area and assists business owners in exit strategies when they elect to sell their business. He is a member of the Broker Network Group, Business Broker Network, and also holds a Texas Real Estate license.

Steve A. Carmichael (52) has been a private investor in FFAC since 2007 and served on the company's Advisory Board until his election as a director in October of 2009. As a part of his FFAC board duties, Steve is responsible for helping raise individual and venture capital for the company.
Mr. Carmichael has over 30 years of business and entrepreneurial experience including; Co-Founder and CEO of the national award winning home medical equipment company, Pulmocare Medical Supply, Inc., which he sold to a national publicly traded company after 22 years of operation; Founder and Owner of C U Sleep, Inc., a sleep diagnostic lab that he operated for two years before selling the company to a large physician group; currently Co-Founder and Co-Owner of Eagle Eye Surveillance, Inc, a privately held 5 year old company that provides burglar and fire alarms, security cameras and access control equipment to the commercial and residential markets; and is currently the CEO of Carmichael Enterprises, LLC, a real estate holding company.
Steve is past President of the Illinois Association for Home Medical Equipment Services, is a former board member of the American Association for Home Care and served for several years on the Editorial Advisory Board for Homecare Magazine. He previously served on the local board of the American Red Cross and is a Co-Founder and Trustee of the Jean Driscoll Wheelchair Racing Foundation. He currently serves on the local board of directors of Campus Life/Youth for Christ where he served for 4 years as Chairman of the Board.
Steve has been actively involved in his church for many years having chaired the Elder and Stewardship Boards and co-chaired the original capital fund drive to build the church's parochial school. He currently serves as a LYF Guard for the senior youth group and is the Assistant Basketball Coach for the boys' varsity team at St. John Lutheran School.
